According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Jan. 27-31:
• Primecare P.L. is a medical provider at 50 Cypress Point Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Creative Contracting & Consultation; Fred Tile LLC; Amie Ayers Photography; PC Bounce Houses, an unclassified personal service; DMV Transport LLC, a trucking company; Cheeky Chicks Gifts LLC, a retail sales business; Clean Touch LLC, a handyman service; Flagler Clean LLC, a handyman service; Spectrum Painting, a painting service; Kamerak Towing; Let’s Remodel, Repair and Repaint, a handyman service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Jan. 23-29. Total number of all permits issued: 195.

Commercial permits applications:
• Commercial Construction applied for a $48,000 permit for interior alterations at Vitas Innovative Hospice Care at 4 Old Kings Road N., Unit 1.
• Newco Construction applied for a $130,000 permit for interior alterations at a convenience store at 3 Kingswood Drive.

Commercial permits issued:
• Fulcrum Construction Group was issued a $993,000 permit for retail store and site development for a Dollar General at 11 Market Ave.
• Intercoastal Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for interior alterations at PC Bike at 25 Palm Harbor Village Way, Unit 9.
• Gemstone Contractors was issued a $2,000 permit for alterations at Garage Bay at 2 Utility Drive on city property.
• Heritage Construction was issued $500 permit for interior demolition at Fashion Nails at 50 Plaza Drive, Suite 103.

Residential permits issued:
• Skyway Homes was issued a $667,000 permit for a single-family residence at 32 N. Waterview Drive.
• Joseph Passiglia was issued a $400,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Mallory Court.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $359,000 permit for a single-family residence at 58 Regency Drive.
• Adams Homes was issued a $316,000 permit for a single-family residence at 44 Pine Brook Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Ryding Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $271,000 permit for a single-family residence at 2 Collington Court.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $264,000 permit for a single-family residence at 39 Egret Trail.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $264,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Sandpiper Court.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $260,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Ferber Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence 37 Egret Trail.
• Adams Homes was issued a $236,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Smollett Place.
• Flagler Habitat was issued a $164,000 permit for a single-family residence at 31 Rymshaw Drive.
• Hammock Communities was issued a $60,000 permit for an addition at 20 Grandview Drive.
• Howard Construction was issued a $50,000 permit for an alteration at 29 Bruce Lane.
• Palm Coast Residential Services was issued a $19,850 permit for an alteration at 8 Carr Lane.
• Screen Machines LLC was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition at 59 Barring Place.
• A Certified Screen Service was issued a $3,000 permit for an alteration at 63 Postwood Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Primecare PL, a physician’s office, claimed occupancy at 50 Cypress Point Parkway Blvd., Unit C-1.
• Vitas Innovative Hospice Care administrative office claimed occupancy at 4 Old Kings Road N.
• Folkestone Inc. convenience store claimed occupancy at 4920 Belle Terre Parkway.
