Thomas and Mary Ann Richason, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 107 Calle Del Sur to Adly Land Holding Inc. for $2.825 million. Built in 2010, it has six bedrooms, six baths, a pool, a fireplace, an elevator and 5,506 square feet of living area.

Kent and Eva Karlsson, of Phoenix, Ariz., sold the home at 21 Hammock Beach Parkway to Cindy Andreotti, of Great Falls, Va. For $1,553,500.
