Brian Callahan and Marie Callahan, of Medfield, Massachusetts, sold the home at 1 Cypresswood Drive N. to Dr. Kevin Hickey and Mary Hickey, of Lake Clear, New York, for $840,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a summer kitchen and 3,983 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 1942 Daytona Ave. N. to Mary Moore, of Flagler Beach, for $225,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,658 square feet of living area.

Douglas and Jane Tonjes, of Meritt Island, sold the home at 2505 Flagler Ave. S. to John and Asher Avery, of Bristow, Virginia, for $245,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and lift and 1,300 square feet of living area.

Helen L. Kistler and Rober Parodi, of Brooklyn, New York, sold the home at 92 Forest Road, to Natalya Clarke, of Flagler Beach, for $95,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area.
