A Flagler Beach home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of Oct. 30 to Nov. 5. Lynda Kenyon, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 248 Ocean Palm Drive to Jerry Hartsock and Carole Evans, of Unionville, Indiana, for $527,500. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a boat dock and 1,990 square feet of living area.

Morningside
Jean Dede, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2534 Lakeshore Drive to Edward and Jill Davis, of Cape Coral, for $500,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a boat dock and house and 2,521 square feet of living area.

Palma Vista
Willard and Nancy Lovejoy, of Charleston, West Virginia, sold the home at 333 10th St. N. to Fred Hiatt Jr., of Flagler Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a boat dock and house and 1,697 square feet of living area.

Sugar Mill Plantation
Wayne and Carolyn Segraves, of Thomaston, Georgia, sold the home at 51 Audubon Lane to Edward Brown III and Elizabeth Marie Brown, of Palm Coast, for $378,050. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and 3,250 square feet of living area.

James W. Fishpaw, successor trustee of the Mildred M, Murray Revocable Trust, sold the home at 352 Parkview Drive to Anthony Valiante, of Ockawaha, for $109,900. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet of living area.
Charles Betau and Marilyn Betau, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 43 Primrose Lane to Joseph Hines Jr., of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,639 square feet of living area.
