Spencer and Margaret Heine, of Inverness, Illinois, sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 603, to Stephen McCune, of Palm Coast, for $916,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,690 square feet of living area.
