A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of July 24-30. Paul Faulhaber, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 10 Crandell Court to Robert and Louise Hatfield, of Clovis, California, for $450,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a fireplace, a boat dock, house and lift and 2,539 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $650,000.

Aliki Gold Coast
Robert Powell and Jana Powell, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1522 N. Central Ave. to Thomas Carella, of Ocala, for $305,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,037 square feet of living area.
 

PALM COAST
Belle Terre
Joseph and Sheila Haley, of Corinna, Maine, sold the home at 131 Parkview Drive to Susan Lancaster, of Palm Coast, for $159,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,693 square feet of living area.
JP Morgan Chase Bank sold the home at 149 Parkview Drive to Mark Evalenko and Yakov Belkin, of Brooklyn, New York, for $120,750. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 2,967 square feet of living area.
 

Canopy Walk
Paula Lanigan, of Flagler Beach, sold the condo at 100 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 115, to Joseph Kullman, of Palm Coast, for $245,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.
Richard and Deanna Frank, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 1400 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1411, to William and Shirley Connelly, of Palm Coast, for $178,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,712 square feet of living area.
 

Cinnamon Beach
Security National Life Insurance Company sold the condo at 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, Unit 752, to Michael and Anne Plisinski, of West Newbury, Massachusetts, for $410,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,682 square feet of living area.
 

Cypress Knoll
Ryan and Michelle Van Portfliet, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Edgely Lane to Raymond Vetterman, of Palm Coast, for $144,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $137,000.
John and Sandra O’ Donnell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Edward Drive to William and Susan Pollack, of Woodridge, Illinois, for $260,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,414 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 78 Esperanto Drive to Wilstar Homes LLC for $121,608. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,613 square feet of living area.
SeaGate Homes LLC sold the home at 16 Ethan Allen Drive to Oksana Kryachek, of San Francisco, for $209,207. Built in 2014, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area.
Brian and Fabrienne Robinson, of Silver Spring, Maryland, sold the home at 4 Ewing Place to Dallas and Jodi Brown, of Homestead, for $226,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $254,000.

John and Colleen Barazotto, of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, sold the condo at 200 Ocean Crest Drive, Unit 611, to Alexander Ustilovsky and Mariya Oborotova, of Palm Coast, for $413,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,818 square feet of living area.

VGK Investments Inc. sold the home at 180 Beechwood Lane to John Robinson Jr. and Gladys Robinson, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,854 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $113,100.
Cecilia Barrera, trustee of the Eduardo Barrera and Cecilia Barrera Declaration of Trust, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 259 Beechwood Lane to Blaine and Beth Draisey, of Palm Coast, for $250,000. Built in 1980, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a fireplace and 2,920 square feet of living area.
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 134 Belleaire Drive to Benton James Pitts and Ashley Elizabeth Barnhill, of Deltona, for $107,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,780 square feet of living area.

James Del Bene and Jo Ann K. Del Bene, of New Smyrna Beach, sold the home at 53 Boulder Rock Drive to Paul and Patricia Mall, of Stewartstown, Pennsylvania, for $177,500.
