Hammock Dunes home sells for $1.2 million

A Hammock Dunes home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of July 17-23. Robert Hachn and Loretta Hachen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 75 Island Estates Parkway to Roberto Garcia and Denise Ann Garcia, of Naperville, Illinois, for $1.2 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa, a summer kitchen, a fireplace, a boat dock, house a lift and 5,255 square feet of living area.

St. Johns Dev.
Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold the home at 6868 County Road 305 to Brian and Jennifer Whaley, of Bunnell, for $375,000. Built in 1983, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a fire place, a pool, a spa, a pole barn and 2,389 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Raymond Vetterman, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Edward Drive to Edwin and Lorriane Vetro, of Palm Coast, for $244,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, to baths, a pool and 2,463 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Chau Thien Phan and Teresa Phuong Mai Phan, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 85 Lagare St. to Melanie Mathis, of Palm Coast, for $350,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 2,417 square feet of living area.
James and Marianne Davis, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 21 Village Drive N. to Perry Sweatman III and Eufacia Sweatman, of Mountain Home, North Carolina, for $273,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,289 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $205,900.
Benjamin and Mary Tyson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 47 Waterside Parkway W. to Luis and Martha
Arias, of Bronx, New York, for $195,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,579 square feet of living area.

Hammock
Dani Albo, of Hollywood, sold the home at 4336 Old A1A to Samuel Low and Tess Soto-Low, of Palm Coast, for $599,000. Built in 1946, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a boat dock and house and 2,224 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $475,000.

Kay D. Wanstall, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 31 Buttonworth Drive to Evandro Carvalho Guedes and Adriana Oliveira Guedes, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,495 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Ena Orzechowski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Richland Lane to Krzysztof and Grazyna Gajdek, of Parma, Ohio, for $95,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,633 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $138,000.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 80 Rollins Lane to Christopher Garcia and Stacie Garcia, of Ormond Beach, for $120,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,324 square feet of living area.
Robert Hearne, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 74 Ryder Drive to L. Kirkwood and Teresa McMinn, of Palm Coast, for $243,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,558 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $154,000.

Matanzas Woods
Paul and Rami Fay, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 144 Lindsay Drive to Cynthia Goodwyn, of Landover, Maryland, for $149,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,088 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Vystar Credit Union sold the home at 11 Classic Court to Georgiana Tyler and Sean Tyler, of Palm Coast, for $225,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool, a boat lift and 2,488 square feet of living area.
Justin McRorie, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Fletcher Court to Michael and Marsha Coe, of Waynesville, North Carolina, for $147,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,446 square feet of living area.
Edmond Carlton Hutchinson Jr. and David Michael Hutchinson, trustees of the Edmond C Hutchinson Testamentary Trust, sold the home at 6 Fletcher Court to Scott and Chelsea Sylvester, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area.
Cassandra Bowen, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 8 Freeport Lane to Marilou and Antonio Mazzella, of Palm Coast, for $189,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,101 square feet of living area.
Glenn Fairchild and Mark Nelson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Freneau Lane to Dennis Defeo, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $83,900.

Pine Grove
Ralph and Karen Shear, Stephen Byron Shear II and Victoria Lee Shear, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 57 Peppercorn Lane to Lisa Annaheim, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,610 square feet of living area.
Istat Yusupova and Siyen Nisimov, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Philox Lane to Vitally Savchenkov and Vanda Savchenkova, of San Francisco, for $108,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,659 square feet of living area.
Bank of New York sold the home at 38 Plain View Drive to Charlie Duh, of Ormond Beach, for $107,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,748 square feet of living area.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Cor. Sold the home at 11 Pinetree Drive to Kristopher Lewis Wiltfong and Megan Wiltfong, of Palm Coast, for $115,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms two baths and 1,390 square feet of living area.

Sea Colony
Charles Adams, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 3 Nantucket Lane to Bruce Jones and Karen Jones, of Brooklyn, Michigan, for $237,500. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,382 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $140,000.
