An Ocean Hammock home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of July 10-16. Robert and Lotte Kassebaum, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Atlantic Place to John and Courtney Hildreth, of Atlanta, for $573,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a spa and 2,769 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlanta Beach
Lori and Stephen Chaconas, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2624 S. Central Ave. to Kevin and Robin Hardman, of Horner, West Virginia, for $365,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a pool and 1,950 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Canopy Walk
Lind Sanders, of Flagler Beach, sold the condo at 1000 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 1013, to Susan Payne Lucas, of Palm Coast, for $1,238. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Joan Baumel, of Burlington, Wisconsin, sold the home at 15 Eastman Lane to Iouri Metelkine, of Staten Island, New York, for $205,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,202 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Julieann Asher, of Rutherford, New Jersey, sold the home at 4 Pine Harbor Drive to Sun State Retirement Holdings Corporation for $199,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,488 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $180,000.
Michael and Sheila Tebbano, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 58 Riverbend Drive to Richard Lee Gibbs and Kathleen Ann Gibbs, of Palm Coast, for $310,000. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, two bath and 2,319 square feet of living area.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 25 Arrowhead Drive to Lisa and Louis Zurheide, of Palm Coast, for $184,990. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,741 square feet of living area.

Steven Disbrow, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 46 Burbank Drive to Thomas Steinmetz, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,953 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $117,600.

K Investment Properties LLC sold the home at 76 Ryland Drive to Kimberly Wilbur, trustee of the Wilbur Keystone Preservation and Trust, for $144,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,192 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $96,000.

Palm Coast Plantation
Jim and Rhonda Johnson, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 1 Emerald Lake Court to John and Angela Robinson, of Malvern, Ohio, for $525,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a pool and 4,805 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $425,000.

Palm Harbor
Francisco and Therese Gonzalez, of Charlotte, sold the home at 33 Felter Lane to James and Anne Renee Bradshaw, of Palm Coast, for $109,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,536 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $148,000.

James M. Geary, of Sarasota, sold the home at 9 Blackberry Place to John Everts Jr., of Clifton Park, New York, for $92,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,043 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 22 Blyth Place to Daniel Faulkner, of Palm Coast, for $133,900. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,769 square feet of living area.
