Toscana home tops sales at $350,000

A Toscana home tops the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions the week of July 10-16. Applied Building Development of Orlando sold the home at 50 New Water Oak Drive to Robert Margolin, of Palm Beach Gardens, for $350,000. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,617 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlanta Beach
Levi Chickering and Mark Chickering, of Laurel Hill, sold the home at 2542 S. Central Ave. to Jared Hutton and Jacquelyn Parrish, of Henderson, Nevada, for $290,000. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,714 square feet of living area.

George Moody
Louise and Paul Parkoshon, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1019 S. Flagler Ave. to James and Marguerite Shanelaris, of Flagler Beach, for $224,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,168 square feet of living area.

Belle Terre
Deutshe Bank National Trust Company sold the home at 5 Perrotti Place to Ricky and Gail Poitras, of Palm Coast, for $77,500. Built in 1987. It has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,568 square feet of living area.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 138 Plain View Drive to Glenn Huisman Jr., of Palm Coast, for $110,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,342 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Marian and Michael Plummer, of Elkton, sold the home at 10 Eight Iron Place to Robert and Judith Aitken, of Palm Coast, for $210,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,939 square feet of living area.

Grand Haven
Angelo and Consiglia Palumbo, of Franklin Square, New York, sold the home at 8 Pine Harbor Drive to Edward Rainer, of Lakewood, New Jersey, for $198,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,629 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $200,000.

Charles McCann, of Dumfries, Virginia, sold the home at 78 Beacon Mill Lane to Jeffery Niday, of Palm Coast, for $72,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $156,500.
Elizabeth Jean Morrison, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 36 Brigadoon Lane to Robert and Diane Cantella, of Hackettstown, New Jersey, for $100,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,196 square feet of living area.

Lehigh Woods
Fannie Mae sold the home at 68 Raleigh Drive to Maria Koziol and Margaret Koziol, of Palm Coast, for $168,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,770 square feet of living area.
David and Denise Gray, of Radcliffe, Kentucky, sold the home at 7 Ripley Place to Richard and Theresa Kirk, of Palm Coast, for $130,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area. It sold in 2013 for $118,000.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 54 Riviera Drive to Brett and Maria Pennington, of Palm Coast, for $97,000. Built in 1989, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,203 square feet of living area.
Bank of New York sold the home at 45 Rose Drive to Brian and Cathleen Almberg, of Palm Coast, for $72,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area.

Ronald and Karen Bliss of Palm Coast, sold the home at 64 Rymshaw Drive to Richard and Alice Losasso, of Palm Coast, for $174,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,664 square feet of living area.

U.S. Bank sold the home at 15 Laramie Drive to Gary Keyser, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,433 square feet of living area.
Sarah Patterson, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 9 Lytton Lane to Robert and Cheryl Kline, of Stoneham, Massachusetts, for $109,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,208 square feet of living area.

Helga Day, of Bel Air, Maryland, sold the home at 8 Zebra Court to Allen and Sandra Poff, of Gauley Bridge, Wyoming, for $124,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,384 square feet of living area.
Richard Stanley, co-trustee of the Stanley Family Revocable Trust, of New Smyrna Beach, sold the home at 13 Kasper Path to Robert Green Jr. and Nancy Green, of Whitchall, Pennsylvania, for $119,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, trustees of the 21 Sea Board Court Trust, sold the home at 21 Sea Board Court to Nathan Hockenberry and Christina VanZweden, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a spa and 1,728 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $71,000.
Krystal Lynn Martin and Alvin Martin Jr., trustees of the Charles B. Martin Testamentary Trust, of Cape Coral, sold the home at 31 Sea Front Trail to Brenda Jester and Dane Wiley, of Palm Coast, for $119,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,367 square feet of living area.
U.S. Bank sold the home at 32 Sea Front Trail to Stephen M. Osmeloski and Steven Edson, of Palm Coast, for $77,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,558 square feet of living area.
James Fenimore, of St. Augustine, sold the home at 63 Smith Trail to Raji and Kayla Corey, of Palm Coast, for $172,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,884 square feet of living area. It sold in 2014 for $172,000.

Shirley Burger, of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, sold the home at 8 Upland Place to Brian and Lisa Kern, of Cordova, Tennessee, for $153,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,800 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $118,000.

Woodlands
Ludmila Aynbinder, of Houston, sold the home at 7 Blackwell Place to Arnold Aronson, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,210 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $112,000.
