PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Sept. 21 to Sept. 25:
• Goldenfeet Inc. is a podiatrist at 140 Pinnacle Drive.
• Success Mortgage Partners Inc. is a mortgage broker at 50 Leanni Way.
• Home-based businesses: Lauren Smith, an unclassified personal service; Coastal Clear Pools LLC, a pool-cleaning service; Raymond Group Inc., a consultant; Jerryl Productions, a producer; Property Maintenance Management, a handyman service.

Commercial permit applications:
• New Coastal Homes applied for a $42,000 permit for a 9,000-square-foot storage building at 4490 N US Hwy 1, Building E.
• JC Marine applied for an $80,000 permit for a Coquina Revetment at Longview Way North.
Commercial permits issued:
• Paytas Homeswas issued a $30,000 permit for a pavilion at the Kangaroo Convenience Store at 890 Palm Coast Parkway S.W.
• Golf Coast Homes was issued a $2,000 permit for a pergola at Tru-Tech TV at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway S.W., Unit 106
• CCA Construction was issued a $35,000 permit for interior renovations at Trademark Realty Group at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Suite B120.

Residential permits issued:
• Keystone Homes was issued a $347,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Sea Garden Path.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $322,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Pinwheel Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $302,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Washington Place.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $301,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Flametree Lane.
• PCM Homes was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 Ballard Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $258,000 permit for a single-family residence at 148 Pepperdine Drive.
• McNeal White was issued a $241,000 permit for a single-family residence at 127 Laguna Forest Trail.
• KB Homes was issued a $234,000 permit for a single-family residence at 147 Ulysses Trail.
• JGS Design Assoc. was issued a $111,000 permit for an addition at 17 Sentry Oak Place.
• Thomas Anderson was issued a $19,000 permit for an addition at 29 Renn Lane.
• Aqua Construction was issued a $18,000 permit for an alteration at 64 Bannerwood Lane.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 36 Firethorn Lane.
