PERMITS: Halifax Paving issued $1.11 million permit

PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Sept. 23 to Sept. 27:

• Aunt M’s Kitchen is a restaurant at 6125 E. State Road 100.

• International House of Take Out is a restaurant at 250 Old Kings Road.

• Europa Lounge LLC is a bar at 101 Palm Harbor Pkwy.

• American Embroidery Inc. is wholesale embroidery service at 11 Hargrove Grade.

• Home-based businesses: DMG Property Services , a janitorial service; M3F2D Innovative Art & Photography LLC, a photographer; Mc Williams Communications LLC, an unclassified personal service; Personal Home Cleaning by Michele, a janitorial service; Ferguson Home Preservation, a landscaping service; Don Midgett Home Concierge Services, a handyman service; Reel Destiny Shark & Sport Fishing Charters LLC, a boat charter; Designs Unparallel, a graphic design service; Luis Belardo Handyman, a handyman service; Kish Landscaping & Lawncare, a landscaping service; Simmons Floor Covering Installations LLC, a floor covering service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Sept. 19 to Sept 26. Total number of all permits issued: 167.

Commercial permit applications:
• Heritage Construction applied for a $11,000 permit for interior renovations at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit B121.

Commercial permits issued:

• Halifax Paving was issued a $1.11 million permit for site development at 109 Arena Lake Drive. 

Residential permits issued:

• KGB was issued a $335,000 permit for a single-family residence at 121 S. Coopers Hawk Way.

• Saltwater Homes was issued a $311,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Lake Charles.

 

• KB Homes was issued a $309,000 permit for a single-family residence at 110 S. Coopers Hawk Way.

• Intervest Construction was issued a $283,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Sweetwater Court.

• Keystone Homes was issued a $245,000 permit for a single-family residence at 33 Fariston Place.

 

• Trivett Homes was issued a $215,000 permit for a single-family residence at 159 Ulysses Trail.

• Trivett Homes was issued a $209,000 permit for a single-family residence at 1 Severn Court.

• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $187,000 permit for a single-family residence at 15 Whirlaway Drive.

• Paul Davis Restoration was issued a $51,303 permit for alterations at 140 London Drive.

• Aluminum Consruction was issued a $13,000 permit for an alteration at 79 Longview Way N.

• Coastline Environmental was issues a $25,000 permit for an addition at 84 River Trail Drive.

• Design Pros was issued an $8,500 permit for an addition at 70 Foster Lane.

• Millers Screen was issued a $3,146 permit for an addition at 18 Lansdowne Lane.

• Seagate Homes was issued a $2,200 permit for alterations at 1 Emerson Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:

• Kangaroo / Aunt M's claimed occupancy at 6125 E. State Road 100 for alterations.

• GNC claimed occupancy at 800 Belle Terre Parkway, Building 3 Unit 202 for alterations.

Development orders issued:

• Anand Jobalia/HPLC II, LLC was issued a development order for subdivision modification at Hidden Lakes Phase 1, Unit 3 – 101 Lots.

• Clint Smith/Florida Landmark Communities was issued a development order for a subdivision master plan at Palm Coast Park MPD, Tract 11A.

Application Submittal:

• David Beyer/Michael Beyer Properties submitted an application for a controlling master site plan for Island Walk at Palm Coast (FKA) Palm Harbor Shopping Center Redevelopment.

• Michael Mazzola/ Soja LLC submitted an application for a technical site plan tier 1 for Palm Plaza/Town Center Ph. 1/Lot 9.
