A Grand Haven home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug 12-18. John and Mary Bresnahan, of Fairfax, Va., sold the home at 93 Front Street to Matthew and Linda Parisi, of Gillette, N.J., for $700,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, a boat house, dock and lift and 2,806 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $925,000.

Ineita Dingus, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2091 N. Central Ave. to Larry and Clara Frarey, of Flagler Beach, for $319,900. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,364 square feet of living area.

PALM COAST
Cypress Knoll
Olavo and Maria Tavares, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 5 Eastman Lane to Kristopher and Megan Wiltfong, of Palm Coast, for $180,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,906 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $242,000.

HSBC Mortgage Services Inc. sold the home at 5 Ewing Place to Mikhail Olkhovetsky and Zinaida Olkovetsky, of Palm Coast, for $117,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,521 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $128,000.

Grand Haven
Karen and Jeffery Sprague, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 20 Eastlake Drive to Dennis and Anna Mcelhinney, of Palm Coast, for $370,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,495 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $355,000.

Zeus Real Estate Holdings Inc., of New York, sold the condo at 200 Oceancrest Drive, Unit 455, to Watford Associates LLC., of Tamps, for $520,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,177 square feet of living area.

Claire Burke, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 La Costa Place to Patricia Williams, of Palm Coast, for $395,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,419 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $449,000.

D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 29 Arrowhead Drive to James and Amy Gambone , of Palm Coast, for $184,900. Built in 2013, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,847 square feet of living area.

Jose and Brittany Alamo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Blairton Court to April and Christopher Crawford and James and Patricia Crawford, of Palm Coast, for $100,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,449 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $85,000.
