PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Sept. 16 to Sept. 20:

• Aveo Engineering LLC is an administrative support service at 31 Lupi Court.
• Timber Charms Inc. is a retail store at 4982 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Tru-Tech TV is a repair service at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• American Towers LLC is an unclassified professional service at 6190 U.S. 1 N.
• Home-based businesses: Trent Anderson Headlight Restoration, a repair service; BBD Construction LLC, a residential framing service; Serene Settings Inc., an irrigation contractor; Denise Waddell, a home-based administrative support service; Green Enterprises II Inc., a fence contractor; Charles Gliniewicz Handyman, a handyman service.

• ServPro of Flagler County was issued a $100 permit for interior renovations at Tru-Tech TV at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway S.W., Unit 106
• Town & Country Homes was issued a $30,000 permit for water repair renovations at the Eye Center of St. Augustine at 10 Florida Park Drive, Suite A.

Residential permits issued:
• Daileys Home Inc. was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition at 133 Foster Lane.
• Hammock Home was issued a $2,400 permit for an addition at 5 Zaun Trail.
• Budd Severino Advanced Homes was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 46 Renworth Lane.
• Upson Construction was issued a $40,000 permit for an addition at 46 Riverbend Drive.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations at 10 Diamond Leaf Way.
• A Certified Screen was issued a $1,300 permit for alterations at 90 Arena Lake Drive.
• Hammock Home Improvement was issued a $1,500 permit for alterations at 5 Colechester Lane.
¥ Igloo Air Heating was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations at 6 Carry Court.
• Michael Gregory Homes was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at 7 Crossleaf Court W.
• Whitley Builders LLC was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations at 26 Belvedere Lane.
• CPG Construction was issued a $497,000 permit for a four-unit apartment building at 121 Brookhaven Court.
• CPG Construction was issued a $497,000 permit for a four-unit apartment building at 131 Brookhaven Court.
• CPG Construction was issued a $265,000 permit for a two-unit apartment building at 113 Brookhaven Court.
• CPG Construction was issued a $764,000 permit for a five-unit apartment building at 120 Brookhaven Court.

• Carmelos Barber Shop claimed occupancy at 15 Cypress Branch Way.
• Palm Coast Real Estate claimed occupancy at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 7.
• Floridian Bank claimed occupancy at 5 Boulder Rock Drive A-C.

Certificates of occupancy issued:
