John Anderson home sells: $350,000

A home on John Anderson Drive topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Aug. 18-24, in Ormond Beach. Karen Hansen, of Daytona Beach, sold 1854 John Anderson Drive to Alexander Davakis, of Ormond Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1962, the house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1,828 square feet and is in walking distance from the beach.

ORMOND BEACH

Kenneth Lambert, of Ormond Beach, sold 135 Standish Drive to Mitzi Tucker, of Ormond Beach, for $219,900. Built in 1969, the house has three beds, two baths, a pool and 1,530 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $179,900.

Nina Kozak, of Holly Hill, sold 207 Ocean Terrace to Charles, Lorna and Earl Beck, of Winston-Salem, N.C., for $131,000. Built in 1959, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,160 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $140,000.

Peter and Barbara Loiscono, of Orlando, sold 381 Yonge Street to Matthew and Ashley Gable, of Ormond Beach, for $99,000. Built in 1963, the house has three beds, one bath and 1,204 square feet. It sold in 1978 for $31,000.

Dorothy Schiavo, of Tomball, Texas, and Dominic Schiavo, of San Angelo, Texas, sold 903 Stanford Ave. to Maria Velasquez, of Daytona Beach, for $75,000. Built in 1958, the house has three beds, three baths and 1,652 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $97,500.

Breakaway Trails

William and Deborah Housden, of Santee, S.C., sold 15 Crescent Lake Way to Kenneth and Jennifer Perry, on behalf of the Perry Family Trust, of Prescott, Ariz., for $290,000. Built in 2001, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 2,473 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $256,000.

Samuel Hall, of North Palm Harbor, sold 37 Circle Creek Way to Antonio and Janet Santos, of Ormond Beach, for $180,000. Built in 2000, the house has three beds, two baths and 2,035 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $174,000.

Halifax Plantation

Antonio and Patricia Scirocco, of Ormond Beach, sold 1404 Enos Drive to Robert and Sue Shambora, of Ormond Beach, for $349,000. Built in 2006, the house has four beds, three baths, a fireplace, a pool and spa, and 2,534 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $340,000.

Ormond Lakes

Norman Morris, of Holly Hill, sold 7 Cypress Park Court to Katherie and Michael Randall, of Ormond Beach, for $325,000. Built in 2003, the house has four beds, three baths, one fireplace, a pool and spa, and 2,528 square feet. It sold in 2010 for $295,000.

Plantation Bay

Enterprise Hospitality Development LLC, of Clarksville, Ind., sold 1285 Harwick Lane to Kevin and Jenee Ware, of Ormond Beach, for $275,000. Built in 2012, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,412. It sold in 2012 in a multi-parcel sale.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1024 Kilkenny Lane to Herbert Drescher and Linda Berkopec-Pesek, of Broadview Heights, Ohio, for $193,350. Built in 2013 by the seller, the house has three beds, three baths and 2,732 square feet.

Prestwick of Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1331 Hansberry Lane to William Watts, of Ormond Beach, for $188,000. Built in 2010, the house has three beds, two baths, and 1,551 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $122,724.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

William and Rebecca Proasi, of Pleasureville, Ky., sold 41 Sea Island Drive to Russell and Rita Montgomery, of Ormond Beach, for $189,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $100,000.

Peter Zucco, of Ormond Beach, sold 213 Essex to Jeffrey and Margaret Marklow, of Ormond Beach, for $116,900. Built in 1955, the house has two beds, one bath and 920 square feet. It sold in 1992 for $52,500.

Michael and Karen Prell, of Ormond Beach, sold 42 Palmetto Drive to Atlantis Discoveries LLC, of Orlando, for $61,000. Built in 1955, the house has two beds, one bath and 700 square feet. It sold in 1987 for $47,900.
