People who’d like to become Flagler Beach City commissioners can now begin the paperwork they’ll need to run.

Anyone interested should meet with the deputy city clerk to file forms to begin collecting petitions, according to a statement on the Flagler Beach city website.

The process of qualifying by paying a qualifying fee and election assessment begins Jan. 10 at 9 a.m. and will continue until Jan. 16.

For more information, contact City Clerk Kate Settle at 517-2000 ext. 236.
