According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Oct. 18 to Oct. 25:

• Julio’s Automotive Repair, LLC, and automotive repair business at 3 Market Place.
• Home-based businesses: Lisa Marie’s Cleaning Service, a janitorial service; Ain’t Bout No Drama, a retail sales business; Clean N’ Done, a janitorial service; Living Color LLC, a painting service; Tiki Oasis Wholesale Gifts, an internet business; Vivid Color LLC, a painting service; David Collier Landscaping, a landscaping service; Kaptions 4 U, LLC, an unclassified personal service; Gigi’s Designs LLC, an Internet business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Oct. 18 to Oct 24. Total number of all permits issued: 183.
 

Commercial permits applications received:
• Lancia Custom Homes applied for a $2,000 permit for renovations at Carmelo’s Barber Shop at 15 Cypress Branch Way.
• Commercial Industrial Corporation applied for a $13,000 permit for exterior repairs at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway in European Village.
• Slone Construction applied for a $6,000 permit to replace a retaining wall at building B at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway in European Village.
 

Commercial permits issued:
• Marcobay Construction was issued a $950,000 permit for Discount Tire Automotive Store at 5860 E. State Road 100.
• Marcobay Construction was issued a $950,000 permit for site development at Discount Tire at 5860 E. State Road 100.
• Heritage Construction was issued an $11,000 permit for alterations at Cork and Pint Bar at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway, Unit B121.
 

Residential permits issued:
• Maronda Homes was issued a $399,000 permit for a single-family residence at 45 Boston Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $306,000 permit for a single-family residence at 113 Brittany Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $258,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Becket Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $256,000 permit for a single-family residence at 42 Arrowhead Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $228,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Arrowhead Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 129 Burroughs Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $207,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Arrowhead Drive.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $178,000 permit for a single-family residence at 105 Point Pleasant Drive.
• Encompass Alum was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 5 Blake Court.
• Millers Screen and Repair was issued a $15,000 permit for an addition at 1 Senate Court.
• Ted and Bobs Alum was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition at 15 Graham Trail.
• Jose Lopez was issued a $6,500 permit for an alteration at 92 Lake Forest Place.
• By The Shore Inc. was issued a $2,300 permit for an addition at 23 Graham Trail.
• Encompass Alum was issued a $2,150 permit for an alteration at 101 Wedgewood Lane.
 

Occupancy permits issued:
• Cindy’s Cafe claimed occupancy at 21 Hospital Drive, Unit 210.
