John and Linda Marin, of Dix, N.Y., sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 905, to Judith Ann Pollins, of Palm Coast, for $799,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,110 square feet of living area.

Candice Geary, of Chesapeake, Va., sold the home at 16 Ivey Lane to Justin and Lauren Koble, of Flagler Beach, for $313,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,007 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $330,000.

George and Eileen Roy, of Fort Pierce, sold the home at 16 Egret Trail to Margarita Tartakovsky, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,068 square feet of living area.
Briann and Daniel Elliot, of Pasadena, Md., sold the home at 4 Eric Drive to Keith and Jolene Clark, of Flagler Beach, for $55,600. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two bath and 1,247 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $75,700.

Christine and James Sullivan, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 11 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 1303, to John and Brenda Hoepfner, of Hertford, N.C., for $315,000. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,490 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $365,000.

Tracy Arnn, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 20 Porto Mar, Unit 502, to James and Elizabeth Feeney, of Nyack, N.Y., for $400,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2150 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $780,000.

David and Denise Gray, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 86 Bickford Drive to Edward and Debra Kmetz, of Palm Coast, for $150,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,171 square feet of living area.
Pep Financial LLC sold the home at 141 Birchwood Drive to David Trivette, of Palm Coast, for $179,900. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,861 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $97,600.

Lisa Hendershott Setien, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 16 Lloyd Trail to Terri Evans and Tessa Williams, of Palm Coast, for $169,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,641 square feet of living area.

Judith Murray, of Patterson, N.Y., sold the home at 21 Smith Trail to Gary Meyer, of Palm Coast, for $105,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,214 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $89,500.
Fannie Mae sold the home at 7 Smokehouse Place to Pierre and Diane Elkhoury, of Palm Coast, for $132,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,229 square feet of living area.
