A Hammock Dunes Le Jardi condo tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 16-22. David and Susan Benson, of Alton, N.H., sold the condo at 28 Porto Mar, Unit 303, to Jean Gaulin, of Palm Coast, for $1.6 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,847 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $1.3 million.
