River home tops sales, at $625,000

A house on Booth Road topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the weeks of Sept. 22 to Oct. 5, in Ormond Beach. Megan Kealy, of Ormond Beach, sold 294 Booth Road to Michael and Donna Flick, of Ormond Beach, for $625,000. Built in 2003, the house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a fireplace, a pool, a spa, a boat dock and 4,160 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $451,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Michael and Anissa Mort, of Ormond Beach, sold 3550 Rodeo Acres Drive to Meagan Kealy, of Ormond Beach, for $575,000. Built in 1999, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a barn, a swimming pool and 1,992 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $525,000.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, of Simi Valley, Calif., sold 429 Wheatfield Place to IH2 Property Florida LP, of Tampa, for $163,500. Built in 2003, the house has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,183 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $22,000.

Paul Copeland, of Flagler Beach, sold 462 Division Ave. to George and Patricia Pate, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $108,000.

William Hicks, on behalf of the William P. Hicks Living Trust, of Ormond Beach, sold 158 Warwick Ave. to Linda Powell, of Ormond Beach, for $149,000. Built in 1979, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,942 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $115,000.

Donald Katutis, of Ormond Beach, sold 481 Grandview Ave. to Sean and Christine Corley, of Southhampton, Maine, for $135,000. Built in 1966, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,188 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $124,900.

Anne Leemkuil, of Ormond Beach, sold 32 Live Oak Ave. to David Lisicki, of Ormond Beach, for $114,900. Built in 1969, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet. It sold in 2013 for $114,900.

Cynthia Christian, Jackie Spitzer and Leslie Lockett, of Manassas, Va., sold 203 Orchard St., No. 6D, to Lorraine M. Hood and Louis Anthony Garafolo, Jr, of Ormond Beach, for $65,000. Built in 1985, the condo has two beds, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $53,000.

Hunter’s Ridge

Carol Lacy, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Meadow Ridge to 1H2 Property Florida LP, of Tampa, for $170,000. Built in 1993, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,683 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $28,000.

Halifax Plantation

Barbara Kellogg, of Ormond Beach, sold 1443 Carlow Circle to Dawn Edwards, of Ormond Beach, for $169,900. Built in 2004, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,684 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $249,900.

Oak Forest

Candace Rogers-Dickie, of Ormond Beach, sold 1415 N. Beach St. to Michael and Kimberley Blackmon, of Ormond Beach, for $169,428.57. Built in 1978, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 1,746 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $172,500.

Theresa Petri, of Orange City, sold 5 Heather Lane to Ruby M. Hartley, of Ormond Beach, for $152,000. Built in 1983, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 1,810 square feet. It sold in 1990 for $104,000.

Plantation Bay

Joseph and Susan Greco, of Ormond Beach, sold 1313 Harwick Lane to Howard and Barbara Morgenstern, of Freehold, N.Y., for $289,000. Built in 2007, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace, a pool and 2,105 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $265,000.

Enterprise Hospitality Development LLC, of Clarksville, Ind., sold 1293 Harwick Lane to Ralph Hunsicker, of Harrisburg, Pa., for $271,000. Built in 2012, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a fireplace and 2,106 square feet. It sold in 2012, in a multiparcel sale, for $1.7 million.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1020 Kilkenny Lane to Diane Ditslear, of Ormond Beach, for $193,000. Built in July by the seller, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,081 square feet.

Tomoka Oaks

William and Karen Dellecker, of Ormond Beach, sold 316 River Bluff Drive to Elias and Julie Freidus, of Ormond Beach, for $375,000. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 3,213 square feet. It sold in 1993 for $229,000.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

Jennifer McPeek, of Palm Beach Gardens, sold 3013 Anchor Drive to Donald Katutis, of Ormond Beach, for $189,900. Built in 1986, the house has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,796 square feet. It sold in 2005 for $315,000.

Thomas and Pamela Wilson, of Longwood, sold 3180 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 110, to Stanley and Sally Potts, of Ormond Beach, for $151,000. Built in 1994, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 983 square feet. It sold in 2002 for $125,000.

Yvonne Hosch, of Ormond Beach, sold 2250 Ocean Shore Drive, Unit 103, to Anthony and Miriam Potts, of Ormond Beach, for $110,000. Built in 1973, the condo has two bedrooms, two baths and 950 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $110,500.
