A Flagler Beach home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 2-8. Howard Sklar, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 3398 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Anthony Riccio, of Palm, Coast, for $485,000. Built in 1992, it has nine bedrooms, eight baths, a pool, a boat dock and 6,296 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $292,100.

Christine Roller, of Manahawkin, N.J., sold the home at 211 Fourth St. S. to Zachary and Julie Blandford, of Flagler Beach, for $255,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,465 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $189,000.

PALM COAST
Beach Haven
CBV-LG LLC, of Ponte Vedra, sold the home at 22 Sandy Beach Way to Douglas Egem, of Banner Elk, N.C., for $124,900. Built in 2012, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,826 square feet of living area.

Cypress Knoll
Philip and Alfonsa Farino, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Elias Lane to John and Carolyn Sierra, of Apex, N.C., for $234,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,083 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $94,500.

Grand Haven
Ronald and Sharon Ragsdale, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 39 Eastlake Drive to the Richard Johnson Trust for $461,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a summer kitchen and 2,523 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Glen and Karrissa McIntosh, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 110 Bren Mar Lane to Gerald Lynd and Joan Woodrow, of Chalfont, Pa., for $175,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,661 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 38 Bruce Lane to Nina Cheban, of Palm Coast, for $165,500. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,325 square feet of living area.

Kevin and Jennifer Fitzgerald, of East Hampton, N.Y., sold the home at 5 Burnell Drive to Dennis and Catherine Laffrey, of Fleming Island, for $114,900. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,424 square feet of living area.

JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 41 Burning View Lane to Daniel and Angela Fulham, of Palm Coast, for $147,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,933 square feet of living area.

Robert Johnston, of Stafford, Va., sold the home at 15 Beechwood Lane to Charles Huseman and Jerold Maynard, of Palm Coast, for $139,900. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,989 square feet of living area.

Lemuel and Janice Cotto-Perez, of Lithia, sold the home at 123 Birchwood Drive to Nancy Pace, of Jacksonville, for $170,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,926 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $310,000.

Shinnecock Properties LLC, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Brice Lane to Frederick and Claudia Strom, of Palm Coast, for $165,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,955 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $92,100.

Wells Fargo Bank sold the home at 15 Brice Lane to Manuel and Norberta Xavier, of Shelton, Conn., for $110,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,592 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $80,600.

Alexander Gourin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Rybark Lane to Ramin Amin and Sahar Soudah, of Centerville, Va., for $160,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,883 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $105,100.

Magnolia Manor
David Metz, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 9 Shady Lane N. to Stanley Sicinski, of St. Augustine, for $99,750. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,255 square feet of living area.

Palm Harbor
Barbara Brand sold the home at 49 Christopher Court S. to Alton Lawson, of Palm Beach Gardens, for $160,000. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,750 square feet of living area.

Theresa Caputo, Maria Lippert and Denise Aglialoro, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 20 Clarendon Court S. to Eric and Darlene Routledge, of Palm Coast, for $230,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,973 square feet of living area.

Frederick Wiggen, as trustee of the Jean Wiggen Trust, sold the home at 3 Comanche Court to Richard and Florence Ward, for $230,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a boat dock and 1,995 square feet of living area.

Dorthy Cole, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 109 Farragut Drive to Bonnie and David Hobbs, of Palm Coast, for $115,500. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,446 square feet of living area. It sold in 1980 for $62,500.

Southern Orchid LLC and Tracy Callahan PA sold the home at 25 Forsythe Lane to David and Linda Caccesse, of Comstock, N.Y., for $189,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,086 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $135,900.

Luis Suarez, of Pompton Lakes, N.J., sold the home at 2 Foxhall Court to Ricardo Lopez and Natalie Santana, of Palm Coast, for $123,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,600 square feet of living area.

FL House LLC sold the home at 7 Clearview Court S. to Glenn and Harriet Madorma, of Palm Coast, for $332,500. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and 1,802 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $174,000.

Anthony and Helen Corbo, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 28 Clermont Court to Scott Haggerty, of Neptune Beach, for $350,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock and house and 2,553 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $248,000.

Russell Forrest and Constance Juliano, as representatives of the estate of Eileen McKay, sold the home at 60 Cooper Lane to Merari and Jose Velez, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,193 square feet of living area. It sold in 1990 for $83,900.

Ligia Lebron, of Jacksonville, sold the home at 17 Crompton Place to Sheldon Wishnia, of Palm Coast, for $80,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,218 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 30 Ponce de Leon Drive to Mid Florida Housing Partnership Inc. for $125,730. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,959 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 19 Pine Croft Lane to George Schroeder, of Palm Coast, for $144,100. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,256 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees of the 13 Pine Haven Drive Trust, sold the home at 13 Pine Haven Drive to Ronald Ciereck and Sheila Dunford, of Palm Coast, for $175,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,989 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $98,700.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 17 Prince Patric Lane to Chris Mangal, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,318 square feet of living area.

Karl and Carmen Eisenman, of Orlando, sold the home at 29 Mount Vernon Lane to Michael Aiello, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,339 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $165,000.

Polymathic Properties Inc., of Vacaville, Calif., sold the home at 23 Weyanoke Lane to JKR Investment Group Inc., of Palm Coast, for $99,900. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,621 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $73,500.

Ross and Francis Whitaker, of Bossier City, La., sold the home at 58 Wynnfield Drive to Charles and Hazel Moorer, of Columbia, Md., for $222,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,236 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $175,000.

Levi and Shelva Smith, of Bunnell, sold the home at 53 Mount Vernon Lane to Richard and Marion Fox, of Palm Coast, for $205,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,470 square feet of living area.

Michael Bailey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 7 Kalendar Court to Jeffery and Kim Plasse, of Ellicott City, Md., for $130,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,668 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 12 Sea Beacon Place to Adam Bruno, of Palm Coast, for $124,900. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,486 square feet of living area.

Peter and Marcia Holliday, of Ponte Vedra Beach, sold the condo at 80 Surfview Drive, Unit 115, to Robert Trohaugh, of Pittsburgh, for $280,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,640 square feet of living area.

Woodlands
Sue Ann Day and Ida Day-Matra, of Ormond Beach, sold the home at 40 Blare Castle Drive to Marguerite Richardson, of Palm Coast, for $132,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,700 square feet of living area.
