The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying two subjects believed to be responsible for stealing various merchandise from Sears, located at 4888 Palm Coast Parkway N.W., over the past few months.

The store manager contacted the Sheriff’s Office on Monday after discovering more than $250 in tools missing from store shelves. The manager told deputies that once he discovered the theft, he checked the store’ss video tape and saw a male and female couple had entered the store around 9 a.m. Oct. 5, and stole several items. The male subject was seen placing items in his pants while the female subject placed items inside her purse.

The couple is described as follows: a black male, 30 to 40 years old and 6 feet to 6 feet, 3 inches, tall, weighing between 260 pounds and 320 pounds. He is seen wearing what appears to be a tan jumpsuit.

The second subject is a black female, approximately 30 years old, weighing between 145 pounds and 170 pounds, wearing a maroon- or purple-colored top and dark pants.

Anyone with information on these incidents or the identity of the subjects involved is asked to call the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office’s Investigative Services Division at 586-4801 or call Crime
Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS (8477).

You may remain anonymous and you could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
