A Palm Harbor home tops this week's sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Aug 19-25. Daniel and Linda Leutner, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 19 Coolidge Court to Kenneth Miller, of Palm Coast, for $488,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, boat dock and house and 2,218 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $399,900.

Fuquay
David Kranz, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1339 S. Daytona Ave. to Linda Cody, of Flagler Beach, for $282,900. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,675 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $180,000.

Rio Mar
Patsry Driskell and Robert Pickett, of Perry, Ga., sold the home at 1413 N. Central Ave. to Michael and Mary Beth Boyle, of Flagler Beach, for $330,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,665 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $400,000.

Belle Terre
Jacqueline Clevenstine, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 26 Palm Lane to Dana and April Putnam, of Palm Coast, for $141,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,390 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $120,000.

Canopy Walk
KACS Acquisitions LLC, of St. Augustine, sold the condo at 800 Canopy Walk Lane, Unit 813, to Paul and Kathy Ness, of York, Pa., for $148,750. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,238 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $97,200.

Grand Haven
Robert and Kay Borer, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 82 Lagare St. to Daniel and Linda Leutner, of Palm Coast, for $369,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,792 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 56 Baltimore Lane to Robert Freeman, of Palm Coast, for $250,500. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,950 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Geraldine Parsons, of Woburn, Mass., sold the home at 7 Banner Lane to Andrea Thompson, of Palm Coast, for $120,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,403 square feet of living area. It sold in 2011 for $115,000.

Rose Bissell, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 6 Barkley Lane to Paul Ross, of Palm Coast, for $108,500. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,042 square feet of living area. It sold in 2012 for $78,000.

The Bank of New York sold the home at 156 Bayside Drive to Inga Sydorenko and Michael Ouvarov, of Palm Coast, for $70,177. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,276 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $60,700.

Bradley and Ruth Hauff, of Philadelphia, sold the home at 180 Beachway Drive to Gary and Debra Davies, of Palm Coast, for $220,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,638 square feet of living area. It sold in 2008 for $250,000.

Flagler Home Services Corp. sold the home at 5 Zaun Trail to Louis DeFeo Jr., of Palm Coast, for $99,200. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,454 square feet of living area. It sold earlier this year for $97,500.

Sea Colony
Pamela McKinney, as trustee of the William Hoefflinger and Marie Hoefflinger Revocale Living Trust, and Maire Hoefflinger, as to her life estate, sold the home at 6 Bristol Drive to Jo Ann Nowell, of Palm Coast, for $160,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,006 square feet of living area.

Seminole Woods
Jeanette Butler, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 17 Sea Shark Path to Louis Capella, of Goshen, N.Y., for $114,900. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,583 square feet of living area.

Steven Thomas and Bruce Garrison, as trustees of the 242 Underwood Trail Trust, sold the home at 242 Underwood Trail to Felipe and Barbara Garcia, of Palm Coast, for $122,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,414 square feet of living area.

Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, of Lewisville, Texas, sold the home at 55 Old Oak Drive S. to Stuart and Marie-Claire Moreau, of Palm Coast, for $298,200. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,850 square feet of living area.

David and Linda Caccese, of Comstock, N.Y., sold the home at 17 Blaketown Place to Matthew and Kimberly Spath, of Palm Coast, for $125,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,724 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $119,900.
