Company that builds Denny's, Hess buys land at Airport Park

Padwell Holdings LLC bought the land for $285,000.

Padwell Holdings LCC, the company that manufactures commercial units for customers like Denny's, Hess Oil and Hungry Howey's,  has purchased $285,000 worth of land at Airport Business Park, according to Joe Mannarino, director of economic development of the city of Ormond Beach.

The company ships the commercial buildings across the United States and the rest of the world.

There are currently 32 businesses in the park.
