ParkSide Realty adds new realtor

Local businesswoman Angela Couch has joined her daughter, at ParkSide Realty in Flagler Beach.

“I’m so pleased to be working with my daughter, Kristin Matthews, as well as such an amazing business woman, (owner/broker) Sam Perkovich,” Couch said in a press release from the real estate firm.

Coach has owned her own cleaning business for 22 years and recently passed the real estate exam. She moved to Flagler County from Southern California in 1988 to be closer to her family.

Parkside Realty, located at 210 Old Kings Road, Suite 500, in Flagler Beach, opened in 2010 and has 14 agents on staff. All are Flagler County residents.

Baltimore magazine hires Palm Coast Data

Palm Coast Data will provide Internet services, business intelligence, customer service and mailing services to one of the country’s oldest city magazines: Baltimore.

Baltimore was founded in 1907 and offers everything from local profiles and sports to tips on where to find the best crabhouse, according to a press release from Palm Coast Data, and has an average monthly circulation of about 52,250.

Coconuts Car Wash raises $2,000 for the Pink Army

Coconuts Car Wash donated 50% of its sales to the Pink Army on Oct. 13, washing 384 cars and raising more than $2,000 to fight breast cancer, according to a press release from the car wash.

Volunteers from the Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation, Flagler Palm Coast High School, the Pink Army and Beach 92.7 radio station went to the car wash after the Pink Army Relay for Life to cheer Coconuts Car Wash owners Gunnar and Pam Hildemann, manager Chas Lines and a team of 12 car-washing employees.

“Supporting charitable events with Flagler Palm Coast High School and Florida Hospital Flagler Foundation in the fight against breast cancer is a wonderful way to give back to our community,” Pam Hildemann wrote in an email to the Palm Coast Observer.

Pam Hildemann presented a check for the money raised at the car wash to Florida Hospital CEO Ken Mattison at the Flagler Palm Coast High School football game Oct. 18.
