A third suspect charged in connection with a March sexual assault in Flagler Beach turned himself in overnight at the Flagler County Detention Facility.
Kurt Benjamin surrendered himself on a warrant charging him with sexual battery and kidnapping. One suspect now remains at large. Frank Goggans, 31, is charged with false imprisonment and Flagler County Sheriff’s deputies continue a search for him. His brother, Daniel Goggans, turned himself in to the Flagler County Detention Facility Thursday evening and is being held on $100,000 bond on charges of sexual battery and kidnapping.
Charles Larkin Cowart turned himself in Wednesday. He is charged with sexual battery and kidnapping. He is being held without bond on an additional charge of violation of probation.
