PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts May 6 to May 10:

• Check on Hold Cash Advance is at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Palm Coast Roller Derby LLC, an unclassified personal service; S. Henry Enterprises Inc., a handyman service; Michelle Foulk, a landscaping and handyman service; I-Net Media and Marketing, an Internet service; GS East Coast Services LLC, a handyman service; M&M Color Painting Inc., a handyman service; Robin Ludwig Design Inc., a graphic design service; New Way Associates LLC, a drywall installation service; Acosta’s Leather Orlando, a repair service; JNS Gifts LLC, an Internet service; and Cory Burgohy, a tree service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city May 3 to May 9. Total number of all permits issued: 146.

Commercial permit applications received:
• CPG Construction applied for a $7,889,093 permit for 26 units in the Brookhaven apartment development.
• CPG Construction Applied for a $73,523 permit for an apartment complex maintenance building at 101 Brookhaven Court N.
• CPG Construction applied for a $55,050 permit for a compactor enclosure at 101 Brookhaven Court N.
• CPG Construction applied for a $29,439 permit for an apartment complex pavilion at 101 Brookhaven Court N.

Commercial permits issued:
• Clear Choice Windows was issued a $10,000 permit for interior renovations to160 Cypress Point Parkway, Units D112 and D113.
• BHI Carpentry Services applied for a $1,700 permit for a balcony at 60 Clubhouse Drive, Unit 106.

Residential permits issued:
• Skyway Builders was issued a $405,00 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Scarlet Oak Drive.
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $386,000 permit for a single-family residence at 188 Willow Oak Way.
• Intervest Construction was issued a $320,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Blue Oak Lane.
• DR Horton was issued a $281,000 permit for a single-family residence at 12 Graham Trail.
• Oceanside Homes & Remodeling was issued a $40,000 permit for an addition to 36 Colechester Lane.
• J&M Carpentry was issued a $3,250 permit for an addition to 16 Sweetwater Court.

Development orders issued:
• Finely Engineering was issued a development order for subdivision modifications at Grand Landings.
