+ Realty franchise goes independent
Scott Nieminen and Carlos Pinto have announced the launch of Palm Coast Flagler Beach Realty.
The firm was a Realty Executives franchise affiliated office for 20 years, but now it is getting back to its roots as an independent company like it was when it started in 1982, when Paul Nieminen established Nieminen Realty.
+ Allstate owner recognized for volunteerism
Allstate agency owner Robert Conser received the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to helping others. With this award came a $1,000 grant from The Allstate Foundation for Habitat in Humanity in Bunnelll, where Conser volunteers.
+ Naturelle adds new services
Naturelle Skincare now offers two new spa services: an intensive hydrating facial mask and a body contouring warp.
+ Area hires and promotions
• Flagler Fish Company promoted team member Tyler Hurry to front-end manager.
• Mark Dixon was hired as a member of the Executive Links team in Daytona Beach and
Palm Coast.
• Larry Miller has joined Realty Exchange’s Palm Coast office as an associate, bringing the office’s associate count to 56.
• Florida Hospital Flagler has hired John Newman as facilities manager
