• Paytas Homes was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 90 Arena Lake Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $227,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Graham Trail.
• Fontana Construction was issued a $32,000 permit for an addition to 63 Port Royal Drive.
• Clear Choice Windows was issued a $31,000 permit for an addition to 3 Waters Drive.
