The following is an update for permit activity in the city March 14 to March 20. Total number of all permits issued: 159.
Commercial permit applications received:
• Nialvi LLC applied for a $32,900 permit for interior renovations to 1213 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Fantastic Homes applied for a $22,640 permit for interior renovations to 55 Plaza Drive.
Commercial permits issued:
• SE Cline Construction was issued a $25,000 permit for site development at Grand Landings Phase 1, lots 41 to 46.
• Excalibur Builders Inc. was issued a $23,500 permit for interior renovations to 4882 Palm Coast Parkway, Unit 4.
• Austin Outdoors LLC was issued a $20,000 permit for landscaping at 140 Cypress Edge Drive.
• Golden Sands General Contractors was issued a $19,000 permit for an ATM addition to 4850 Belle Terre Parkway.
