According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts March 11 to March 15:
• Johnny Seale Ceramics is a home-based business.
• Sara Purdy Photography is a home-based business.
• Beaches Tile and Marble LLC is a home-based business.
• VideoGuy.com is a home-based business.
• Tiffany Katz Photography is a home-based business.
• Professional Practice LCC is a home-based janitorial service.
• Tekton Carpentry LLC is a home-based business.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city March 7 to March 13. Total number of all permits issued: 143.

Commercial permit applications received:
• SE Cline Construction applied for a $25,000 permit for site development at Grand Landings Phase I.

Commercial permits issued:
• Urban Partners was issued a $580,000 permit for interior alterations to Planet Fitness at 7 Old Kings Road, Nos. 11-17.

Residential permits issued:
• Adams Homes was issued a $283,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Waterford Place.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $236,000 permit for a single-family residence at 16 Graham Trail.
• Design Pros was issued an $8,500 permit for an addition to 70 Foster Lane.
• JEM Aluminum was issued a $7,286 permit for an addition to 96 Lee Drive.
• US Aluminum was issued a $5,500 permit for an addition 21 Louisiana Drive.
• US Aluminum was issued a $4,400 permit for an addition to 2 Westgate Lane.
• JEM Aluminum was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations to 7 Pittman Place.
• Andrew Miklos was issued a $1,000 permit for alterations to 16 Ibis Court.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Seafood 4U Emporium claimed occupancy at 4490 N. U.S. 1, Suite 102.
