Renovations coming to Bob Evans restaurant

PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts June 17 to 21:

• Devoted Tattoo Studio is an unclassified personal service at 1000 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Home-based businesses: Sampling Supplies USA, an unclassified personal service; and Forbes Plastering & Stucco Inc.

PALM COAST PERMITS

The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 14 to June 20. Total number of all permits issued: 162.

Commercial permits issued:
• Iconstructors was issued a $75,000 permit for interior renovations to Bob Evans restaurant at 100 Garden Street.

Residential permits issued:
• Skyway Buildings was issued a $444,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Scarlet Oak Circle.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $366,000 permit for a single-family residence at 31 London Drive.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $249,000 permit for a single-family residence at 40 Essington Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 49 Arrowhead Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 222 Bird of Paradise Drive.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 125 S. Hummingbird Place.
• DR Horton was issued a $219,000 permit for a single-family residence at 59 Arrowhead Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $207,000 permit for a single-family residence at 61 Arrowhead Drive.
