Commercial permit applications:

• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $377,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Scarlet Oak Drive.
• Del Construction was issued a $270,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Emmons Lane.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $233,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Diamond Leaf Way.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $204,000 permit for a single-family residence at 43 Raintree Circle.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $197,000 permit for a single-family residence at 45 Raintree Circle.
• Adams Homes of NW Florida was issued a $194,000 permit for a single-family residence at 97 Karas Trail.
• Moss & Associates was issued a $107,000 permit for alterations to 25 Essington Lane.
• Seaman’s Construction was issued a $39,000 permit for an addition to 92 Burbank Drive.
