PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts July 1 to 12:

• Home-based businesses: Foresight Investment Counsel, a consultant; Go 4 It Massage & Personal Training, a massage therapist; Richard Reynolds Lawn Care, a landscaping service; Right Angle Home Innovations LLC, a handyman service; Sean McCallum Handyman Service; Nelson Diaz Home & Lawn Services, a landscaping service; and Nicholas D. Torres LLC, a painting service.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city July 5 to July 11. Total number of all permits issued: 125.

Commercial permit applications:
• Machin Construction applied for a $30,000 permit for interior renovations to Hungry Howie's Pizza, at 5 Utility Drive, Suite 28.

Commercial permits issued:
• Quality Roofing was issued a $12,000 permit for a reroofing project at 4600 Belle Terre Parkway.
• Cupecoy Construction was issued a $10,000 permit for interior alterations to 425 Riverfront Drive, Building D.
• Viking Contractors was issued a $2,200 permit for interior alterations to 381 Palm Coast Parkway.

Residential permits issued:
• Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $350,000 permit for a single-family residence at 11 Colechester Lane.
• KB Homes was issued a $323,000 permit for a single-family residence at 105 S. Coopers Hawk Way.
• Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $300,000 permit for a single-family residence at 1 Commander Court.
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $237,000 permit for a single-family residence at 85 Brittany Lane.
• Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $232,000 permit for a single-family residence at 8 Collingwood Lane.
• John Jutting was issued a $231,000 permit for a single-family residence at 74 Lynbrook Drive.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $22,000 permit for an addition to 5 Larchmont Place.
• Brian Havens was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition to 40 Osprey Circle.
• Miller’s Screen was issued a $7,000 permit for an addition to 10 Federal Lane.
• Screen Machine was issued a $1,600 permit for alterations at 16 Village View Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Wright Painters claimed occupancy at 160 Cypress Point Parkways, Unit D107.
• The Document Team claimed occupancy at 389 Palm Coast Parkway S.W., Unit 4.
• Hair We R claimed occupancy at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit D107.
• Florida Engineering Med Systems claimed occupancy at 50 Leanni Way, Unit C3.
