PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts June 28 to July 3:

• Auburn Homes Inc. is a general contractor at 1 Hargrove Grade.
• Vector Security Inc. is an alarm contractor at 1 Hargrove Grade.
• Planet Fitness is a health studio at 7 Old Kings Road.
• Zibko Real Estate is a broker at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit D-113.
• Z Fitness Inc. is a Zumba fitness business at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Unit D-112.
• Home-based businesses: Herrington & Family Enterprises LLC, a retail business; Jerry Peterson Construction LLC, a certified residential contractor; Irish Mayhem Incorporated, a handyman service; Richard Morin, a home-based Internet service; Strike First Sales, a retail business; and Formel, a retail business.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 28 to July 4. Total number of all permits issued: 123.
Commercial permit applications received:
• Quality Roofing applied for an $11,768 permit to reroof 4600 Belle Terre Parkway.
• David Dixon applied for a $500 permit for interior renovations to 34 Florida Park Drive.
Commercial permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $2,300 permit for interior renovations to 185 Cypress Point Parkway, Units 300 and 700.
Residential permits issued:
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $318,000 permit for a single-family residence at 107 S. Coopers Hawk Way.
• Adams Homes was issued a $277,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Slate Place.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $234,000 permit for a single-family residence at 119 S. Hummingbird Place.
• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $225,000 permit for a single-family residence at 123 S. Hummingbird Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 18 Lancaster Lane.
• DR Horton was issued a $190,000 permit for a single-family residence at 7 Arrowhead Drive.
• Alex Reyes was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations to 31 Reybury Lane.
• Sorrento Homes was issued a $7,000 permit for alterations to 27 Parkway Drive.
• Strong Inc. was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition to 12 Crossleaf Court W.
• Viking Contractors was issued a $4,800 permit for alterations to 27 Parkway Drive.
