Flagler County now accepts real estate documents electronically

Flagler County has begun to electronically record real estate and land use records with Corporation Service Company, an eRecording firm.

The transition is meant to reduce costs, eliminate payment errors, expedite the payment process and increase staff productivity. It is also meant to strengthen the security in document transmissions and yield fewer document rejections.

Any person who needs to submit documents who has a computer, Internet connection, a scanner and a printer can utilize the eRecord system. Documents are in full compliance with federal, state and local laws, as well as industry standards.
