The following is an update for permit activity in the city June 20 to 27. Total number of all permits issued: 185.

Commercial permit applications received:
• The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners applied for a $9,000 permit for parking lot light poles at the Flagler County Library, at 2500 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
• Seagate Homes applied for a $2,300 permit for interior renovations to 185 Cypress Point Parkway, Suites 300 and 700.
• Viking Contractors applied for a $2,200 permit for interior renovations to Davis Chiropractic Clinic at 381 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 2.

Commercial permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $1,500 permit for interior renovations to 210 Old Kings Road, Suites 300 and 400.

Residential permits issued:
• Saltwater Homes was issued a $364,000 permit for a single-family residence at 105 Aspen Way.
• FM Builders was issued a $336,000 permit for a single-family residence at 17 Pythian Place.
• DR Horton was issued a $330,000 permit for a single-family residence at 30 Arrowhead Drive.
• Skyway Builders was issued a $307,000 permit for a single-family residence at 56 North Park Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 13 Farmsworth Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $221,000 permit for a single-family residence at 1 Diamond Leaf Way.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $192,000 permit for a single-family residence at 55 Arrowhead Drive.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $183,000 permit for a single-family residence at 191 Parkview Drive.
• Custom Home Improvements was issued a $17,000 permit for an addition to 116 Birchwood Drive.
• Aluminum Creations was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition to 97 Universal Trail.
• J&M Carpentry was issued a $12,000 permit for an addition to 71 Robinson Drive.
• Budd Severino was issued an $11,000 permit for an addition to 5 Diamond Leaf Way.
• J&M Carpentry was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition to 28 Fairmont Lane.
