1. $2.2 million: 344 Ocean Crest Drive
A Hammock Beach home topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of April 23 to May 1. Thor and Joline Swanson, of Hebron, Conn., sold the home at 344 Ocean Crest Drive to Chanda and Richard Bell, of Snellville, Ga., for $2.2 million. Built in 2012, it has six bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a summer kitchen and 5,463 square feet of living area.
 

2. $1.6 million: 28 Porto Mar, Unit 303
A Hammock Dunes Le Jardi condo topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of Sept. 16-22. David and Susan Benson, of Alton, N.H., sold the condo at 28 Porto Mar, Unit 303, to Jean Gaulin, of Palm Coast, for $1.6 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 3,847 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $1.3 million
 

3. $1.1 million: 112 Island Estates Parkway
An Island Estates home topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of Oct. 15-21. Roy and Mary Ann Thornton, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 112 Island Estates Parkway to Anthony and Carol Ann Conte, of Danbury, Conn., for $1.1 million. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a boat dock, lift and house, a summer kitchen and 4,429 square feet of living area.
 

4. $1.075 million: 102 Old Oak Drive S.
A Sanctuary topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of April 24 to May 1. Pamela and Antonio Capela Jr., of Palm Coast, sold the home at 102 Old Oak Drive S. to Carol Aebersold, of Palm Coast, for $1,075,000. Built in 2010, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool, a summer kitchen, a boat house and dock and 5,459 square feet of living area.
 

5. $1 million: 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 206
An oceanfront condominium in Hammock Dunes topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Jan. 20–26. This sale was one half of a transaction in which each party sold their respective condominium to the other party. Robert Reid and Alison Reid, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 206 of Tuscany at Hammock Dunes, 85 Avenue De La Mer, to Larry Mercer, of Travelers Rest, S.C. for $1,100,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $1,320,000.

6. $1 million: 3489 N. Oceanshore Blvd
A Flagler Beach topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of May 2-9. Michael Potapow, Nicole Potapow and Kevin Potapow, of Gainesville, sold the home at 3489 N. Oceanshore Blvd. to Newhaven Trust Co., of the Channel Islands, as the trustee of the Rollen Family Revocable Trust, for $1 million. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private dune walk and 3,674 square feet of living area

7. $965,000: 53 Hammock Beach Circle N.
An Ocean Hammock home Beach topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of July 9-15. Stanley and Jo Ann Rosenbaum, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 53 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Patrick and Gloriane Maloney, of Hudson, Ohio, for $965,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, 5.5 baths, an elevator and 4,956 square feet of living area

8. $950,000: 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 906
A Hammock Dunes Portofin condo topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of Nov. 5-11. Rita and Donald Patterson Jr. Family Foundation, of Fairfax, Va., sold the condo at 7 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 906, to Nick and Nancy Wilson, of Chicago, for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 2,840 square feet of living area
 

9. $950,000: 76 Ocean Oaks Lane
A Hammock Beach home topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of Sept. 23-30. Michael and Yvonne D’alessandro, of Miami, sold the home at 76 Ocean Oaks Lane to Reggie and Linda McFarland, of Covington, Ga., for $950,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,141 square feet of living area.
 

10. $942,000: 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 201
A Hammock Beach Tuscany condo topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of Aug 5-11. Carol Montaldo, of Longwood, sold the condo at 85 Avenue De La Mer, Unit 201, to Dempsey and Deanna Springfield, of Brookline, Mass., for $942,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,077 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $704,000
 

11. $920,000: 1700 Lambert Ave.
A Lambert Ave. topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of June 9-15. Shannon Donnelly, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1700 Lambert Ave. to Margaret Bizub, of Kutztown, Pa., for $920,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a pool, a boat dock, house and lift and 4,503 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $935,000.

12. $900,000: 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 706
A Hammock Dunes Cambria condo topped the Flagler County residential real estate transactions list for the week of Aug. 26 through Sept. 1. Elmer and Thea Sealing, of Palm Coast, sold the condo at 19 Avenue de la Mer, Unit 706, to Linda Marin, of Palm Coast, for $900,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,283 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $850,000.
