PERMITS: Lot lights to be upgraded at library

PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY

According to the Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued tax receipts Dec. 9-13:

• Home-based businesses: Proflex Construction LLC, a handyman service; Allure Cleaning & Maintenance, a janitorial service; Black Fern, a consultant; and Palm Coast Handyman Services, a handyman service.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Sept. 12-18. Total number of all permits issued: 124.

Commercial permits issued:
• The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners was issued an $11,000 permit for parking lot light poles at the Flagler County Library, at 2500 Palm Coast Parkway.

Residential permits issued:


• KB Homes of Jacksonville was issued a $280,000 permit for a single-family residence at 115 S. Coopers Hawk Way.


• Saltwater Homes was issued a $254,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Wood Center Lane.

• Paytas Homes was issued a $247,000 permit for a single-family residence at 48 Arrowhead Drive.


• US Aluminum was issued a $60,000 permit for an addition at 9 Turkey Oak Lane.


• US Aluminum was issued a $57,000 permit for an addition at 41 Zinnai Trail.


• Servpro of Flagler County was issued a $40,000 permit for alterations at 36 Woodward Lane.


• Palm Coast Residential Services was issued a $15,000 permit for alterations at 13 Slow Drift Turn.


• Andrew Miklos was issued a $13,000 permit for alterations at 26 Round Mill Lane.


• Millers Screen was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition at 2 Weiss Place.


• Andrew Miklos was issued a $9,000 permit for alterations at 16 Phoenix Lane.


• Affordable Aluminum Const. was issued a $3,000 permit for an addition at 11 Longview Way N.


• Cantinho Americo was issued a $2,100 permit for an addition at 83 Wood Haven Drive. 


Certificates of occupancy issued:



• Therapy Partner Solutions claimed occupancy at 50 Town Court.

Development orders:
• PC Parkway Investments LLC submitted a tier-one technical site plan for the Palm Coast Parkway Plaza McDonalds.
