A home in Tomoka Estates on the Tomoka River topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of Nov. 10-16, in Ormond Beach. Jason and Michelle Collins, of Ormond Beach, sold 985 Shockney Drive to Stephanie and Scott Mullaly, of San Marcos, Calif., for $625,000. Built in 2006, the house has four bedrooms, four baths, a fireplace, boat dock, boat house, boat lift, swimming pool and 3,256 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $446,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Patricia A. Antrobus, of Holly Hill, sold 3047 State Road 40 to Shirley M. Levkulich, of Ormond Beach, for $262,500. Built in 1986, the house has two bedrooms, one bath, a fireplace and 2,512 square feet. It sold in 1995 for $120,000.

Kevin W. Everhart, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Glen Arbor Park to Joan Pekrul, of Ormond Beach, for $179,000. Built in 1954, the house has three bedrooms, one bath and 1,735 square feet. It sold in January for $158,400.

Kenneth A. Izzi, of Ormond Beach, sold 362 Wilmette Circle to Marc and Patricia Schwartz, of Ormond Beach, for $159,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,334 square feet. It sold in 2007 for $180,000.

Eric Ruiz, of Ormond Beach, sold 20 Oak Village Drive to Penney L. Peirce, of Ormond Beach, for $150,000. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,768 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $125,000.

Robert and Sharon Baldanza, of Ormond Beach, sold 2 Barbara Court to Thierry Romain of De Montels, Albias, France, for $125,000. Built in 1982, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,362 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $111,000.

Lisa Marie D'Elia, of Fair Lawn, N.J., sold 8 Hamlet Circle to Tamara M. Hover, of Ormond Beach, for $41,250. Built in 1979, the house has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,241 square feet. This was the first qualified sale.

Breakaway Trails

Charles Haddon Jones Jr. and Elizabeth Agnew Galloway, of Ormond Beach, sold 4 Creek Bend Way to Howard M. and Shelley A. Perch, of Ormond Beach, for $356,900. Built in 1999, the house has four bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 3,300 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $245,000

Halifax Plantation

Harold and Marla Guess, of St. Augustine, sold 3957 Acoma Drive to David W. Hart and Laura S. Phelps, of Vero Beach, for $275,000. Built in 1991, the house has three bedrooms, three baths, a swimming pool and 2,106 square feet. It sold in 2012 for $250,000.

Real Estate Solutions Home Sellers LLC, sold 3390 Glenshare Way to Donald F. Pelling, of Willmington, N.C., for $250,000. Built in 1998, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 2,149 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $214,000.

Hunters Ridge

Andrew N. and Robin C. Riddle, of Daytona Beach, sold 3 Cantilever Court to Jill R. Stoetzel, of Ormond Beach, for $210,000. Built in 2009, the house has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,441 square feet. It sold in 2009 for $195,529.

The Trails

Kelly Cary P.A., of Longwood, sold 132 Pine Cone Trail to Amit Harushe, of Cranberry Township, Pa., for $113,000. Built in 1977, the townhouse has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,664 square feet. It sold in May for $63,500.

ORMOND BY THE SEA

James N. Ricks Jr., of Ormond Beach, sold 13 Sandra Drive to Sheree L. Shorey, of Meadville, Pa., for $224,000. Built in 1971, the house has three bedrooms, two baths, a swimming pool and 1,779 square feet. It sold in 2001 for $150,000.

Edward J Gordon, of Ormond Beach, sold 16 Oakview Circle to Claudette Gordon, of Simi Valley, Calif., for $171,000. Built in 1964, the house has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet. It sold in 1997 for $96,000.

Jackie L. Ladd, of Ormond Beach, sold 2900 Ocean Shore Blvd., Unit 303, to Jason R. Pemberton, of Ormond Beach, for $166,000. Built in 1983, the condo has two bedrooms, three baths, a fireplace and 1,030 square feet. It sold in 2003 for $176,000.
