• Quantum Health Solutions of FL Inc., an unclassified professional service at 4873 Palm Coast Parkway; Carmelo’s Barber Shop, a barber shop at 15 Cypress Point Parkway; Bella’s Café Gelato LLC, an eating establishment at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway; and, Dr. Aurora Perez LLC, an optometrist office at 5100 E. Highway 100.

• Home-based businesses: Buffa Blanchet Interior Design LLC, an interior designer; Alternative Construction Services Corp, a handyman service.
