PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Aug. 19 to 23:

• Spine Recovery Clinic Inc. is a chiropractor at 185 Cypress Point Parkway.
• JP Kicks LLC is a retail sales business at 231 St. Joe Plaza.
• Home-based businesses: 1st Choice Services of Florida LLC, a plumbing contractor; and Sam Gilyard Handyman.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city Aug. 15 to Aug 21. Total number of all permits issued: 176.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Biltmore Inc. applied for a $37,000 permit for alterations to 800 Belle Terre Parkways, Building 3, Unit 202.

Commercial permits issued:
• CPG Construction was issued a $794,000 permit for site development for the Brookhaven apartment complex at Brookhaven Court.
• Frasier Construction was issued a $50,000 permit for an addition to the Kangaroo convenience store at 6125 E. State Road 100.
• Machin Construction was issued a $30,000 permit for alterations to Hungry Howie's Pizza Takeout at 5 Utility Drive, Unit 28.

Residential permits issued:
• Skyway Builders was issued a $414,000 permit for a single-family residence at 138 Willow Oak Way.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $409,000 permit for a single-family residence at 92 Piedmont Drive.
• Skyway Builders was issued a $353,000 permit for a single-family residence at 221 Willow Oak Way.
• DR Horton was issued a $330,000 permit for a single-family residence at 36 Arrowhead Drive.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $285,000 permit f or a single-family residence at 10 Commander Court.
• DR Horton was issued a $267,000 permit for a single-family residence at 34 Arrowhead Drive.
• Adams Homes was issued a $266,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Karat Path.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $243,000 permit for a single-family residence at 10 Utopian Court.
• DR Horton was issued a $213,000 permit for a single-family residence at 46 Arrowhead Drive.
• Whitley Builders was issued a $53,000 permit for an addition to 57 Ryland Drive.
• Affordable Aluminum was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition to 5 Riding Place.
• Ted & Bob’s Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition to 9 Waterford Place.
• Ted & Bob’s Aluminum was issued a $6,000 permit for an addition to 56 Webster Lane.
• US Aluminum was issued a $5,869 permit for an addition to 19 Scarlet Oak Drive.
• Design Pros was issued a $2,280 permit for an addition to 3 Rosedale Place.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Caregiving with Love, an assisted living facility, claimed occupancy at 23 Seathorn Path.
• Omar Medical, a clinic, claimed occupancy at 10 Florida Park Drive, Suite B.
