Residential permits issued:
• Maronda Homes of Florida was issued a $412,000 permit for a single-family residence at 5 Sedgefield Path N.
• Vanacore Construction was issued $331,000 permit for a single-family 29 Elias Lane.
• Vanacore Construction was issued a $322,000 permit for a single-family residence a 6 Woodstone Lane.
• Maronda Homes of Florida was issued a $234,000 permit for a single-family residence at 3 Kaufman Trail.
• By The Shore was issued a $13,000 permit for an addition to 9 Arrowhead Drive.
• US Aluminum Services was issued a $6,472 permit for an addition to 36 Kalamazoo Trail.
• US Aluminum Services was issued a $5,000 permit for an addition to 21 Edward Drive.
• Blue Crown was issued a $2,490 permit for alterations to 14 Forge Lane.

• Patricia Escalona claimed occupancy for a gas station and convenience store at 4920 Belle Terre Parkway.
