• Home-based businesses: Lyudmila Ostapenko Cleaning, a janitorial service; Freshen Up, an unclassified personal service; Katerina Miroshnik, a handyman service; Paleys Pressure Washing & Pool Deck Restoration, a handyman service; U-Broke-It-I-Fix-It Mobile PC Repair; Vickie Reding’s Cleaning Service; Action Consulting & Environmental Services LLC; Landscapes by Justin Jackson; and Class A Cleaning Services; Xtreme Greene, a tree service.

• Bellagio Homes was issued a $452,000 permit for a single-family residence at 9 Turkey Oak Lane.
• Maronda Homes was issued a $294,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Zorach Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 4 Freneau Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $222,000 permit for a single-family residence at 20 Kaywood Place.
• DR Horton was issued a $200,000 permit for a single-family residence at 25 Arrowhead Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $190,000 permit for a single-family residence at 63 Arrowhead Drive.
• Flagler Habitat for Humanity was issued a $157,000 permit for a single-family residence at 14 Utrillo Place.
• Auburn Homes was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition to 25 Barbera Lane.
• Ted & Bobs Aluminum was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition to 91 Bickford Drive.
• Hammock Home Improvement was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition to 19 Lloyd Trail.
• Barbara O’Connor was issued a $1,200 permit for an alteration to 91 Pennypacker Lane.
• Millers Screen was issued a $1,037 permit for an alteration to 35 Luther Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Adriana Rouzier, a massage therapist, claimed occupancy at 1475 Palm Coast Parkway, Suite 103.
• Athena Global Solutions, a private investigator, claimed occupancy at 1 Florida Park Drive, Suites 101A and 101B.
• Bella’s Café Gelato, an Italian ice cream shop, claimed occupancy at 10 Palm Harbor Parkway, Suite A112.

Commercial certificates of occupancy issued:
