PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts July 29 to Aug. 2:
• Davis Chiropractic Center Inc. is at 381 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Private Air Solutions LLC is a seller of travel at 4865 Palm Coast Parkway N.W.
• Florida Engineering Medical Systems Inc. is a retail sales business at 50 Leanni Way.
• Bangkok House is a restaurant at 15 Palm Harbor Village Way.
• Home-based businesses: Eric McBride Mobile Auto Wash & Wax, a detail service; Amy Huber LMT, a massage therapist; Helen’s Senior Care, an unclassified personal service; and Andrew Huff, a real estate broker.

The following is an update for permit activity in the city July 25 to July 31. Total number of all permits issued: 148.
Commercial permit applications received:
• Stephen Kenny & Associates applied for a $2,400 permit for interior renovations to Palm Coast Marketing of New York at 210 Old Kings Road South, Unit 300.
Commercial permits issued:
• Wharton Smith Inc. was issued a $1,400,890 permit for site development work for a water treatment plant at 50 Citation Blvd.
• Serene Settings was issued a $22,500 permit for pavers near the stage area at European Village, at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway.
Residential permits issued:
• Olsen Custom Homes was issued a $610,000 permit for a single-family residence at 54 Scarlet Oak Circle.
• Oceanside Homes & Remodeling was issued a $386,000 permit for a single-family residence at 23 Scarlet Oak Circle.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $260,000 permit for a single-family residence at 43 Lancelot Drive.
• Scott Delanoy was issued a $216,000 permit at 5 Undermount Path W.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $215,000 permit for a single-family residence at 38 Faircastle Lane.
• KB Homes was issued a $215,000 permit for a single-family residence at 115 S. Hummingbird Place.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $208,000 permit for a single-family residence at 61 Zinnia Trail.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $175,000 permit for a single-family residence at 150 Bridgehaven Drive.
• Lancia Custom Homes was issued an $84,000 permit for an addition to 2 Hidden Lake Way.
• Whitley Builders was issued a $6,500 permit for an addition to 6 Zephyr Lily Place.
• J&J Watley Inc. was issued a $5,500 permit for an addition to 2 Woodlyn Lane.
• A Certified Screen Service was issued a $3,067 permit for an addition to 55 Arrowhead Drive.
