According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts April 8 to April 12:

The following is an update for permit activity in the city April 5 to April 11. Total number of all permits issued: 170.

Commercial permits issued:
• ATT Restoration was issued a $9,000 permit for a ramp walkway at Canopy Walk.
• Saboungi Construction was issued a $2,970 permit for interior renovations for the Flagler County Sheriff's Office substation at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suites C107 and C108.
• Intercoastal Construction was issued a $2,000 permit for interior renovations to Blue Ocean Seafood at 160 Cypress Point Parkway, Suite C110.
• The city of Palm Coast was issued a $400 permit for bird sculptures at 150 Water Park Road.
• Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $200 permit for interior renovations to 15 Hargrove Lane, Unit 5A.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $283,000 permit for a single-family residence at 21 Essington Lane.
• Seagate Homes was issued a $283,000 permit for a single-family residence at 224 Bird of Paradise Drive.
• Amaral Custom Homes was issued a $236,000 permit for a single-family residence at 121 Cimmaron Drive.
• Waterside Pools Inc. was issued a $34,000 permit for an addition to 51 Colonial Court.
• Kingdom Builders was issued a $10,000 permit for alterations to 6 Roseann Place.
• US Aluminum Services was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition to 72 Wonders Trail.
• Hammock Home Improvements was issued a $5,800 permit for an addition to 4 Zorach Place.
• JEM Aluminum was issued a $4,741 permit for an addition to 72 Pritchard Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
