A water home topped the sales list for residential real estate transactions the week of March 29 to April 5, in Ormond Beach. Billy and Linda Grubbs, of Ormond Beach, sold 2124 John Anderson Drive to Ty and Tovah Lohman, of Ormond Beach, for $1.18 million. Built in 2001, the house has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, a built-in grill, a boat dock and 4,950 square feet of living area. The lot sold, in a multi-parcel deal, in 1996 for $395,000.

ORMOND BEACH

Mary Howard, Linda Williams and Robert Paxson, on behalf of the Estate of Miriam L Turney, sold 520 John Anderson Drive to Whitney Pollock, of Pottsville, Pa., for $1.05 million. Built in 1969, the river house has three beds, three baths, two fireplaces and 2,635 square feet. The lot sold in 1969 for $22,500.

Robert and Mary Bowers, of Tecumseh, Mich., sold 1 John Anderson Drive No. 302 to Patrick Klippel, of Arlington, Va., for $225,000. Built in 1996, the condo has two beds, two and half baths and 2,170 square feet. It sold in 2000 for $202,000.

John and Gelnita Moorehead, of Ormond Beach, sold 143 University Circle to Karen Kimball, of Ormond Beach, for $195,000. Built in 1963, the house has four beds, two baths, a fireplace and 2,114 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $126,500.

Sandra Bryant, Suzanne Kibler and Pamela Hager, of Ormond Beach, sold 204 Ormond Parkway to Kenneth Hanke, of Palm Coast, for $142,000. Built in 1959, the house has three beds, two baths, a fireplace and 1,848 square feet. It sold in 1970 for $22,000.

Stephen and Mary Courteaux, of Ormond Beach, sold 1805 Cherry Laurel Drive to Bobby and Margaret Cox, of Ormond Beach, for $115,000. Built in 2005, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,411 square feet. The lot sold in 2005 for $15,000.

Denise Porn, of Au Gres, Mich., sold 65 Seton Trail, No. 26 to Bishal Basnet, of Ormond Beach, for $87,000. Built in 1971, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,080 square feet. It sold in 2011 for $65,000.

Phillip and June Ames, of Queensburg, N.Y., sold 203 S. Orchard St. No. 9B to Donna Carry-Bishop and David Bishop, of Ormond Beach, for $70,000. Built in 1985, the house has two beds, two baths and 1,083 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $88,500.

Citimortgage Inc., of O’Fallon, Mo., sold 294 Selden Ave to Nomolos Enterprises Inc., of Lynnfield, Mass., for $8,500. Built in 1946, the house has one bed, one bath and 800 square feet. It sold in 2004 for $68,500.

Alden Shores

Geran and Kim Williams, of Ormond Beach, sold 148 Dianne Drive to James and Amy McCarthy, of Ormond Beach, for $450,000. Built in 1994, the house has four beds, three baths and 2,455 square feet. It sold in 2008 for $425,000.

Plantation Bay

Carl Dickinson, on behalf of the Jean L. Dickinson Credit Shelter Trust, and Mary Byard, on behalf of the Mary M. Byard Revocale Trust, of Volusia County, sold 1023 Hampstead Lane to May Bouchedid, of Ormond Beach, for $415,000. Built in 2000, the house has three beds, three baths, a pool and 2,601 square feet. It sold in 2006 for $675,000.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1011 Kilkenny Lane to Alfonso and Margaret Roca, of Ormond Beach, for $179,090. Built in 2013 by the seller, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,562 square feet.

Prestwick at Plantation Bay, of Daytona Beach, sold 1023 Kilkenny Lane to Jose Carrelha and Josephine Rossi, of Ormond Beach, for $175,457. Built in 2013 by the seller, the house has two beds, two baths and 2,149 square feet.

Spring Meadows

Patrick Campbell, of Albany, Ky., sold 43 Spring Meadows to Karen Garceau, of Ormond Beach, for $164,000. Built in 1999, the house has three beds, two baths and 1,896 square feet. It sold in 1999 for $144,706.

Tomoka Oaks

Daniel and Christina Dantini, of Ormond Beach, sold 303 Rio Pinar Trail to Phillip and Susan Klippel, of Ormond Beach, for $260,000. Built in 1983, the house has five beds, four baths, a fireplace and 3,829 square feet. It sold in 1989 for $220,000.
