PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts March 25 to March 29:
• Jonny K’s Handyman Service Group LLC is a home-based business.
• Carlos Rodriguez Painting is a home-based contractor.
• Justin Grosso Landscaping & Tree Services is a home-based tree surgeon.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city March 21 to March 28. Total number of all permits issued: 138.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Allstate Mechanical applied for a $7,000 permit for freezers for Dollar Tree at 140 Cypress Edge Drive.

Commercial permits issued:
• Termac Construction was issued a $21,000 permit for awnings for Dollar Tree at 140 Cypress Edge Drive.

Residential permits issued:
• Seagate Homes was issued a $248,000 permit for a single-family residence at 19 Waterside Parkway.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $190,000 permit for a single-family residence at 43 Arrowhead Drive.
• Phillips Coastal Construction was issued a $40,000 permit for an addition to 10 Essington Lane.
• Roman Building Contractors was issued an $18,015 permit for alterations to 51 Westmoreland Drive.
• Lewis Ames was issued a $2,500 permit for an addition to 20 Bickford Drive.
• Servpro of Flagler County was issued a $500 permit for alterations to 63 Ramblewood Drive.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Bug Check Service claimed occupancy at 15 Utility Drive, Suite B.
• The Salvation Army — Office for Social Work Counseling claimed occupancy at 389 Palm Coast Parkway S.W., No. 4.
• Sunshine Supermarket claimed occupancy at 4984 Palm Coast Parkway, Units 1 and 2.
