An Intracoastal Waterway home in Grand Haven topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 3-7. Janet Johnson, of Yucaipa, Calif., sold the home at 17 Front St. to James and Kimberly Wilkinson, of Palm Coast, for $675,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool, a shared dock and 2,564 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $705,000.

FLAGLER BEACH
Atlanta Beach
Guy Warren and Joan Warren, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 2728 Oceanshore Blvd. to Lawrence and Rosalin Servinsky and Michael Servinsky, of Portage, Pa., for $477,500. Built by the sellers in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,122 square feet of living area.

Marina Bay
Fredrick and Skylar Harlow, of Palm Coast, sold Unit 300-203 of Marina Bay Condominium, Phase I, 300 Marina Bay Drive, to Alvin and Kimberly Hansard, of Ormond Beach, for $165,400. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,138 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $283,000.

Carol James, of Altoona, Pa., sold Unit 41, in the Ocean Palm Villa III Condominium, 41 Ocean Palm Villas N., to James and Dorothy Kimbrough, of Flagler Beach, for $89,900. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,184 square feet of living area. It sold in 1999 for $83,000.

James and Joyce Omera, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 346 11th St. N. to Roger and Kim Barr, of Flagler Beach, for $425,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a dock and 2,212 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $335,000.

Ronald and Violet Carrell, of Palm Coast, sold condominium Unit 203, Building 6, Shangri-La at Palm Coast, 312 Palm Coast Parkway N.E., to Lansco International Inc., of Palm Coast, for $40,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 888 square feet of living area. It sold in 2000 for $57,500.

The estate of Harry Marshall sold the home at 167 Palmetto Ave. to William and Kathy Salinsky, of Flagler Beach, for $145,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,032 square feet of living area. It sold in 1980 for $54,750.

Mary Mathey, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 2 Bedford Drive to William and Emily Bracken, of Waianae, Hawaii, for $150,000. Built in 1987, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,088 square feet of living area. It sold in 2006 for $285,000.
