Grand Haven home tops this week's sales list

A Grand Haven home topped the sales list for Flagler County residential real estate transactions for the week of Sept. 24-28. Glen and Kristin Gilpin, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 14 Creekside Drive to James and Patricia Golomb, of Clermont, for $500,000. Built by the sellers in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a summer kitchen, a pool and 3,061 square feet of living area.

FLAGLER BEACH
Bruner
Catherine Sankowski, of Flagler Beach, sold the home at 1959 Daytona Avenue N. to Lyle Lazear Jr. and Linda Lazear, of Flagler Beach for $355,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a boat dock and 2,075 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $345,000.

Ocean Palm Villa
Cullen Brothers Properties LLC, of Dover, Del., sold the townhome at 3503 Central Avenue S. to Harlan and Wendy Van Der Sloot, of Flagler Beach, for $121,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,408 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $135,000.

Pebble Beach Village
Dan Golden and Aine Doherty, of Dublin, Ireland, sold the home at 9 Windsong Cove to Mary Black, of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., for $140,000. Built in 1980, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 862 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $200,000.

Cinnamon Beach
Carlos Grullon, of Lake Mary, sold condominium Unit 745 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 800 Cinnamon Beach Way, to William and Joel Hendrickson, of Lake Mary, for $407,250. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $750,000.

Alan and Pamela Mandelbloom, of Pembroke Pines, sold condominium Unit 941 of Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock, 1000 Cinnamon Beach Way, to Albert and Rebecca Jacquay, of Fort Wayne, Ind., for $333,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,003 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $275,000.

Hammock Dunes
Beeravolu and Sushma Reddy, of Fout Fratiot, Mich., sold the home at 12 Madeira Court to Brian and Cynthia Daly, of Burlington, Conn., for $208,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,133 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $350,000.

Island Estates
Bank of America sold the home at 27 Island Estates Parkway to Roy Hinman II of St. Augustine, for $449.000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,515 square feet of living area. It sold in 2007 for $1,126,300.

Cypress Knoll
Seagate Homes, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 34 Edge Lane to Donald and Suzanne Gensch, of Palm Coast, for $185,500. Built in 2012 by the seller, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,012 square feet of living area.

Pauline Pastula, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 48 Eric Drive to Humberto and Maria Duprat, of Attica, N.Y., for $127,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $100,000.

Hidden Lakes
D.R. Horton Inc., of Jacksonville, sold the home at 9 Arrowhead Drive to William and Linda Pelander, of Palm Coast, for $164,990. Built by the seller in 2012, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,741 square feet of living area.

Indian Trails
Jeremiah Parson, of Albany, N.Y., sold the home at 118 Bayside Drive to Tahsin Hassan and Ismat Ibrahim, of Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada, for $94,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $142,500.

Glenn Fairchild, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 146 Birchwood Drive to Renz and Emeliza Policarpio, of Palm Coast, for $103,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,431 square feet of living area. It sold in August, 2012 for $62,200.

Eric Meeks, of West Monroe, La., sold the home at 55 Bud Field Drive to Jurgen and Adele Escher, of Palm Coast, for $94,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,152 square feet of living area. It sold in 2003 for $89,900.

Lehigh Woods
Anatoliy and Larisa Kobylko, of Philadelphia, sold the home at 14 Ryley Lane to Liliya Temnorod, of Palm Coast, for $82,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area. It sold in 2004 for $150,000.

Elizabeth O'Neill, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 15 Royale Lane to George and Blanca Burke, of Palm Coast, for $157,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,783 square feet of living area. It sold in 2010 for $115,000.

Maureen Senger, of Easton, Penn., sold Unit 88, Phase IV, of Marina Cove at Palm Coast Condominium, 88 River's Edge Lane, to Robert and Milagros Robles, of South East Islip, N.Y., for $128,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,230 square feet of living area. It sold in 1994 for $134,000.

Palm Harbor
Robert Obrzut, of Jackson, N.J., sold the home at 108 Cochise Court to William Rogan, of Palm Coast, for $300,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,780 square feet of living area.

Thomas and Laraine Zbikowski, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 24 Corning Court to Gary Coffey, of Hanover, Md., for $473,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool, a boat dock with hoist and 2,443 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $690,000.

Sindy Calandra and Susan Trocchia, of Palm Coast, sold the home at 117 Foxhall Lane, to Maria Gum, of Cumming, Ga., for $101,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area.

US Bank sold the home at 36 Pritchard Drive to Ryszard and Irena Blusewicz, of Palm Coast, for $124,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,927 square feet of living area. It sold in 2002 for $100,000

Donna Plaisance, of Buffalo, Minn., sold the home at 12 Whitcock Lane to Stanley and Mary Malley, of Bayville, N.J., for $125,000. Built by the seller in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,591 square feet of living area.

Terry Pearsall, of Dandridge, Tenn., sold the home at 3 White Hale Place to Elizabeth O'Neill, of Palm Coast, for $140,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,772 square feet of living area. It sold in 2009 for $119,000.

Julianna Withey and Elaine Hogue, of Ho-ho-kus, N.J., sold the home at 2 Woodshaw Lane to Eugene and Mary Graybosch, of Palm Coast, for $200,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, two baths and 2,462 square feet of living area.

Fannie Mae sold the home at 2 Llosee Court to Mid Florida Housing Partnership, of Daytona Beach, for $99,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,387 square feet of living area. It sold in 2005 for $171,000.

Arch Bay Holdings LLC sold the home at 7 Senseney Path to Samuel and Pamela Aeschliman, of Palm Coast, for $95,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,204 square feet of living area. It sold in 2001 for $87,200.
