PALM COAST BUSINESS ACTIVITY
According to Palm Coast’s Business Assistance Center, the following companies were issued business tax receipts Oct. 1 to Oct. 5:

• Artistic Symmetry Inc. is a permanent makeup artist at 8 Office Park Drive.
• Halloween City is a retail store at 210 Palm Coast Parkway.
• BP’s Lawn Service is a home-based landscaping service.
• Genesis Rehabilitation Services is at 3001 Palm Coast Parkway.
• Peter Collier is a home-based handyman service.
• Mike Haller Inspections is a home-based company.
• Galactic Freeze Inc. is a home-based mobile food vendor.
• Precious Cleaning Service Corp. is a home-based janitorial service.
• Keith Purvis Handyman Service is a home-based handyman service.
• S&D Construction & Maintenance Inc. is a home-based paving contractor.

PALM COAST PERMITS
The following is an update for permit activity in the city Sept. 27 to Oct. 3. Total number of all permits issued: 127.

Commercial permit applications received:
• Serene Settings Inc. applied for a $40,000 permit for landscaping at Bella Harbor Condominiums at 300 Belle Harbor
• T-Con Group applied for a $12,000 permit for interior renovations to The Beauty Factor at 10 Cypress Point Parkway No. 104.
• Duda Pools applied for a $9,000 permit for a paver pad and retaining wall at 2001 Waterside Parkway.

Commercial permits issued:
• P&S Paving was issued a $151,000 permit for road widening at Cypress Edge Drive.
• Benchmark Glass & Mirror was issued a $4,200 permit for exterior renovations to 6020 E. Highway 100.
• Caprock LLC was issued a $2,300 permit for pavers and a wall at 4600 Belle Terre Parkway.
• New Coastal Homes was issued a $500 permit for interior renovations at 9 Palm Harbor Village Way Unit G.

Residential permits issued:
• Maronda Homes Inc. was issued a $318,000 permit for a single-family residence at 6 Seaboard Court.
• DR Horton was issued a $272,000 permit for a single-family residence at 26 Arrowhead Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $240,000 permit for a single-family residence at 26 Graham Trail.
• DR Horton was issued a $220,000 permit for a single-family residence at 28 Arrowhead Drive.
• DR Horton was issued a $213,000 permit for a single-family residence at 29 Arrowhead Drive.
• Paytas Homes was issued a $185,000 permit for a single-family residence at 184 Arena Lake Drive.
• Roman Building Contractors was issued a $54,000 permit for an addition to 27 Flemington Lane.
• Tatyana Mateyshin was issued an $18,000 permit for an addition to 21 Rymen Lane.
• Jose Lopez Construction was issued a $16,000 permit for an addition to 63 Ethan Allen Drive.
• David Nawrocki was issued a $14,000 permit for an addition to 36 Kalamazoo Trail.
• Martinez Diaz was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition to 42 Riddle Drive.
• Screen Machines LLC was issued a $10,000 permit for an addition to 11 Birchview Place.
• Encompass Aluminum was issued an $8,000 permit for an addition to 10 Chesney Court.

Occupancy permits issued:
• Artistic Symmetry Inc. claimed occupancy at 8 Office Park Drive Suite A.
• Perez Mobile Auto Repair claimed occupancy at 3 Market Place Unit A.
• Burrito 101 claimed occupancy at 101 Palm Harbor Parkway Unit B118.
• Rose Reese Daycare claimed occupancy at 107 Beacon Mill Lane.

Commercial certificates of occupancy issued:
• Fantastic Homes Construction was issued a $30,500 commercial certificate of occupancy at 55 Plaza Drive Units 5 and 6.
• Town and Country Homes was issued an $8,000 commercial certificate of occupancy for interior renovations for 391 Palm Coast Parkway Units 603 and 604.
